Our story
It started as an argument over a meal prep table: why does durum wheat pasta keep winning out over a humble roti?
That one question opened a much bigger one — what would it take to make the roti, the foundation of millions of Indian plates, work harder for the people who eat it every day?
Our philosophy is simple: we are customers first, manufacturers second. We eat what we make, for months on end, long before it goes to market. The name
Parvat (पर्वत) is Sanskrit for mountain — steady, grounding, and built to last. The same idea we want our food to bring to your day.
