What’s in every 100g

Compare our current mix to regular atta in the table below. Certified lab results from an April batch are in the second table; the full report is available as a PDF. We have since reformulated — removing flaxseed and increasing wheat and soy isolate — so the comparison uses our updated approximate profile.

Per 100g comparison

We designed this mix to cover all essential amino acids, which lets us call it a complete protein source. We want to be honest with you: the bioavailability of paneer, eggs, chicken and other animal proteins is meaningfully higher. Chandrabijay'sParvatTM is designed to be a smarter replacement for your everyday roti — not a replacement for paneer, eggs, or meat in your protein intake.

* Approximate values for our current reformulated mix. A NABL-accredited lab tested an earlier batch in April (see certified results and PDF below); we removed flaxseed and increased wheat and soy isolate since that test.

Your daily protein estimate

Estimate how much protein you need per day from weight, height, training, and goal — then see how Chandrabijay'sParvatTM can help close the gap at the dinner table.

Your stats

We use weight as the main driver; height refines context (BMI note in results).

The number

Why 25g — and not 46g

We could have put a “46g protein” sticker on the bag. We didn’t.

The shortcut everyone knows

Add vital wheat gluten — roughly 75–80% protein by weight — and the macro chart shoots up. The catch: wheat gluten is among the lowest-quality proteins you can eat. It’s short on lysine (an essential amino acid), and its PDCAAS score sits around 0.25 — eggs, dairy, and soy isolate are close to 1.0.

A “46g protein atta” built on gluten gives you a big front-of-pack number and protein your body can barely use — plus rubbery dough and gluten load far beyond an everyday roti.

The other dead end

Regular whole wheat atta sits around 11–12g protein per 100g — not enough to meaningfully close the gap most Indian households already live with.

What 25g actually is

25g is where the ingredients work as food. We combine wheat with channa and whole moong — a classic pairing where legumes cover wheat’s lysine gap and wheat covers legumes’ methionine gap, delivering the full essential amino acid spread.

A measured amount of soy protein isolate — complete protein, used as seasoning rather than bulk — lifts the floor without crowding everything else out. Oats add beta-glucan; psyllium husk adds soluble fibre; together they smooth the glycaemic response so the roti doesn’t spike you like a plain one can.

The dough still rolls like a roti. The roti still tastes like a roti. The protein is the kind your body can absorb and use.

We wanted protein that works — not a number that sells.

How many rotis do you think you eat per day?

Do you eat

That's 730 to 1,460 rotis a year.

At 3 rotis a day with ordinary atta, you're missing out on about 22 grams of protein every day that ParvatTM delivers about 25g per 3 rotis.

Why not make the most of every one?

The product

Chandrabijay'sParvatTM High Protein, High Fibre Atta Mix

Our atta mix is built from the cleanest, most carefully chosen ingredients.

  • Heirloom wheat from central India
  • Whole channa (chickpea) and whole moong dal
  • Soy protein isolate
  • Oats
  • Psyllium husk

Every batch is inspected and sifted, then roasted to lower the glycaemic index and deepen the flavour. We cool the grains, mill them in-house, and pack them straight from our facility — so what reaches you is fresh, traceable, and uncompromised.

What people are saying

Pre-launch feedback from friends and family — swap in your screenshot testimonials when ready.

"Our rotis finally feel like they count toward our protein goals — not just filler at dinner."

— Priya S., Jaipur

"Lab report in hand, macros on the pack — that's the kind of transparency I want from everyday atta."

— Arjun M., Bengaluru

"Switched the 5 kg bag for the family. Texture is familiar; the numbers are what sold me."

— Meera K., Pune

"I'm not chasing supplements for basic meals anymore — Parvat does the heavy lifting in the roti."

— Vikram R., Delhi

"My parents loved the atta. My father loves the taste — especially that it's multigrain. My mother is working toward her protein goal and found this really helpful. I asked if it was easy to knead, roll, and cook — she said yes, just like our usual wheat atta."

— Harshit, Jaipur

"Tried the protein atta and honestly it's really good — more filling and flavourful than regular wheat flour, and the rotis are very soft. Nice work!"

— Diya, Jaipur

"Thank you so much for the flour — amazing protein and fibre. We tried it and it's really nice. My dad wanted to let you know he really liked it too!"

— Navya, Jaipur

Our story

It started as an argument over a meal prep table: why does durum wheat pasta keep winning out over a humble roti?

That one question opened a much bigger one — what would it take to make the roti, the foundation of millions of Indian plates, work harder for the people who eat it every day?

Our philosophy is simple: we are customers first, manufacturers second. We eat what we make, for months on end, long before it goes to market. Chandrabijay'sParvatTM is our attempt to help India take preventive, long-term steps toward stronger, healthier lives — and to genuinely treat the body as a temple for the mind and soul.

The name

Parvat (पर्वत) is Sanskrit for mountain — steady, grounding, and built to last. The same idea we want our food to bring to your day.

Our flagship Chandrabijay'sParvatTM range currently features a High Protein, High Fibre Multigrain Atta Mix, with more launches on the way — including USDA Organic spirulina (raw, capsules, protein bars and premixes), unprocessed and infused raw honey, Lakadong turmeric powder and extract, organic culinary and functional mushrooms, and a broader line of clean, health-forward foods.

About the founder

Built on lived experience

Our founder's interest in health, nutrition, agriculture and food began with a personal turnaround — first in his own life, and then, gradually, in the lives of friends and family he helped along the way. Drawing on a mix of lived experience and evidence-based practice, he saw a recurring pattern across age groups in India: most people aren't aware of their basic nutritional needs, and a lot of what they do believe is misinformed.

Chandrabijay Foods is the result of that observation — a transparent, customer-first health and nutrition brand built to deliver thoughtful, well-made solutions to everyday Indian kitchens.

Our mission

Quality and affordability, together

We believe quality and affordability can live in the same product — and we want to do our part for India by proving it.

Our mission is to make protein education and clean nutrition reach every household in the country, and to help close the protein gap that sits behind so many of today's lifestyle health challenges. Good nutrition begins in the womb and shapes a child's entire trajectory; we believe the next generation deserves a stronger start.

Our promise is to deliver the cleanest, most honest, most affordable food we can — and to keep earning your kitchen, one batch at a time.
